First, we want you to know that your satisfaction is what matters most to us. Our return policy covers returns of most products in new or "like-new" condition and unused candles up to 30 days after delivery.
Refunds cover the cost of the item returned and do not include shipping fees. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, and third party products.
If we made a mistake, we'll take care of it. Period. If you received a defective or damaged candle, please let us know as soon as possible so we can replace it for you. And don't worry - shipping charges are on us, both for the returned item and the replacement. Just email Meg a picture of your broken candle as well as a copy of your shipping confirmation if you have it (check your email) and we will ship you a brand new candle asap!
We get it. You're about to purchase something you can't smell until you have it in hand. To make sure you are happy no matter what, we will replace or exchange the unused candles at any time, no matter what. In order to process a candle exchange, email Meg at firstname.lastname@example.org and put "return" + your order number in the subject line and the reason for return in the message.
