Candle Care
The first burn is the most important. With the first burn you are priming the candle for great performance. You may get smaller flames and slightly less scent throw, but that is normal. 

Make sure your wax pool extends to both ends of the vessel before extinguishing. This will avoid tunneling! 

Trim your wicks to 1/4" before lighting each time. This will ensure your candle burns as clean, safe, and long as it should. 

Safety
Never leave a candle burning unattended or in reach of children, pets, or a draft.

Follow the 2 foot rule - don't place a burning candle near clothing, books, curtains or anything flammable.

Keep lit candles away from drafts, ceiling fans and any air currents.

Standard Returns
First, we want you to know that your satisfaction is what matters most to us. Our return policy covers returns of most products in new or "like-new" condition and unused candles up to 30 days after delivery.

Refunds cover the cost of the item returned and do not include shipping fees. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, and third party products. 

Damaged Items
If we made a mistake, we'll take care of it. Period. If you received a defective or damaged candle, please let us know as soon as possible so we can replace it for you. And don't worry - shipping charges are on us, both for the returned item and the replacement. Just email Meg a picture of your broken candle as well as a copy of your shipping confirmation if you have it (check your email) and we will ship you a brand new candle asap! 

Exchanges 
We get it. You're about to purchase something you can't smell until you have it in hand. To make sure you are happy no matter what, we will replace or exchange the unused candles at any time, no matter what. In order to process a candle exchange, email Meg at meg@ralphfields.com and put "return" + your order number in the subject line and the reason for return in the message. 

Shipping Times
Each new order will be shipped in the timeliest manner possible. All items ship from our studio in Graham, TX within 1-3 business days of the purchase date. Once your order leaves our studio, it should arrive in 1-3 business days depending on your selected shipping preferences. 

Please note that your order may experience delays due to a high volume of orders during promotional events or holidays.

Standard Shipping - U.S.
We ship most U.S. orders via UPS or USPS depending on the size and weight of the order and which items are ordered. We prefer to ship in as few boxes as possible to conserve materials, but in the event that one or more of your items will require additional processing time, we will ship your available items as soon as possible.

Please note: We ship Monday - Friday, and do not count weekends or U.S. holidays as business days
